The whole city under the sign of classic cars
With classic cars, live music, an open Sunday, cabaret and more, the PS-Speicher aims to attract as many visitors as possible to Einbeck from June 28 to June 30. This year's Einbeck Classic Car Days are also a celebration of the tenth anniversary of the PS Speicher, which claims to be the largest classic car museum in Europe.
The program begins on Friday in the PS-Halle with the cabaret program "Deine Disco, Geschichte in Scheiben - Wie Musik Politik macht" by Jürgen Becker. On Saturday, the 220 participating vehicles will be in the spotlight from 10:00 am. The vehicles range in age from 1914 to 1994. This year, the PS-Speicher-Rallye leads from Einbeck to Duderstadt in the south of Lower Saxony. The rally participants will come together from 19:00 for the drivers' evening.
On Sunday, the traditional parade through Einbeck and across the historic market square starts at 11:00 am. All vehicles built up to 2000 can take part in this spectacle. The founder couple of the PS Speicher Gabriele Rehkopf and Karl-Heinz Rehkopf lead the parade of vehicles. This is followed by a Sunday shopping event in Einbeck's city center. (aum)
