Toyota House with a view of the Eiffel Tower

As mobility partner of the Olympic Games in Paris, Toyota will open a "Toyota House" near the Eiffel Tower tomorrow, in addition to a fleet of 2650 electrified vehicles and 700 electric mobility solutions for the last mile at the start of the mega sporting events.

The "central flagship during Paris 2024" extends over several levels and is to be used as a meeting place for the 300 Olympic and Paralympic athletes, their families and friends that the Japanese company is supporting as part of its "Start Your Impossible" campaign. There will also be 150 Toyota dealers and 110 employees from Germany. On two floors, it offers exhibition and lounge areas, a lecture stage, a sports bar with live coverage and the opportunity to interact with the Team Toyota athletes. From the roof terrace above, visitors can relax with a view of the Eiffel Tower and the Seine.

It is only a five-minute walk from there to the Mobility Park, which has already opened. Here, Toyota is showcasing its mobility solutions for a wide range of needs, some of which have been developed in cooperation with partners. For example, the Accessible People Mover (APM), which transports people with physical disabilities, people with walking difficulties and wheelchair users, a hydrogen-powered cargo bike and the Yosh-E e-puller developed in collaboration with Austrian mobility start-up Klaxon. With a special bracket, it transforms a classic wheelchair into a battery-powered mobility solution. All offers can be tested on site on your own routes.

The Mobility Park is open to all Toyota guests during the period of the Olympic and Paralympic Games and will also be open to the public on September 9 and 10. (aum)
