New Hyundai Santa Fe starts from 56,700 euros
Hyundai opens the order books for the new Santa Fe. The fifth generation of the large SUV series comes with a futuristic, angular design, extended wheelbase and class-leading interior space. It is offered in the three equipment lines Prime, Signature and Blackline and is available with five, six or seven seats, depending on the chosen variant.
Customers can choose between two electrified engines for the drive system. The entry-level model is a full hybrid, which couples a 1.6-liter turbocharged petrol engine with an electric motor to produce a system output of 215 hp (158 kW), which is delivered to the road via a six-speed automatic transmission with either front-wheel or all-wheel drive. The top model is a 186 kW (253 hp) plug-in hybrid, also in conjunction with a six-speed automatic transmission, but always with all-wheel drive and a stated electric range of 54 kilometers.
Prices start at 56,700 euros for the five-seater in the basic Prime trim as a full hybrid with front-wheel drive. This includes full LED headlights, two 12.3-inch curved displays, smartphone integration including wireless charging cradle, dual-zone automatic air conditioning, heated front and rear seats, smart key system with start/stop button and an electric tailgate. All-wheel drive costs at least €61,150 from the mid-range Signature trim level (including Bose sound system, automatic climate control for the third row of seats and parking assistant with remote control).
