Two stars missing twice

Euro NCAP published its latest crash test results today. Two vehicles failed to achieve the top score of five stars, with the VW Passat, the Skoda Superb and the Skoda Kodiaq as well as the Mercedes-Benz E-Class receiving the expected five stars. The Dacia Duster and the Suzuki Swift had to make do with three stars, although the Duster at least achieved a good level of child protection.

The BMW X2 and the two Renault models Espace and Rafale were also awarded five stars, based on previously tested vehicles of the same design. (aum)
